We are a family-owned and operated automotive repair facility in North Phoenix, off Cave Creek Road, just south of Greenway Road, not far from the SR51 (Squaw Peak) freeway. We've been providing quality automotive service to the Valley for over 40 years, in both Central and North Phoenix. A good friend of mine recommended H&M for their good craftsmanship and affordable work. After dropping off my car and speaking with Mark the owner I felt I was in good hands; these guys were honest about the repairs my car needed and offered me various economic options (since I mentioned that I was a student on a budget), my car was in great condition after the repair work and didn't have any future problems.
A few years later my current SUV needed a replacement on a blown head gasket, since it was a major issue I only considered H&M for the job... and here we are two years later with almost 200k miles in the engine and my Isuzu Rodeo continues to run smooth. I Definitely consider these guys my primary mechanics, great quality work, honest and affordable.

I took my Nissan Xterra to Mark about a year or so ago. I came in for the 30,000 mile maintenance. They went about their work but when they came to flush the transmission fluid they noticed it was a milky pink color. This was bad. They figured out that water was getting into the transmission fluid and this was likely ruining it. Fortunately for me the vehicle was still under warranty by Nissan and the dealership performed the repair which consisted of rebuilding the transmission, a repair that would have cost me 5-10k. Thankfully, they took the time to see a problem and figure out.

Been taking my girlfriend's 2007 Caliber to these guys ever since we bought it.
They have found leaks and other maintenance that the dealer skipped over!! Saved me tons of $$ by finding it time to use my manufacturer's warranty to make the dealer fix it for free.
These guys arent only good for simple and heavy work, but also honest and just trying to help you keep your car on the road and save a buck when possible.
Will keep going to Mark for years to come.
