I had my Frontier serviced by Thomas and he is a thief, charged me $1000 for 2 O2 sensors and then after a couple of weeks after the Check engine light came back on and another service station told me that they installed faulty O2 sensors, he charged me another $250 for "inspection fees" and said that he needs to have 2 more O2 sensors changed; I had to pay for nothing and took it to another place to have one of the faulty sensors fixed for $200.
Not only that, but he treated me like I wasn't a customer and he didn't care if I would ever come back; the truck was dirty, no complementary car wash and the plastic cover, the paper mat and the service tags were left in the truck for me to clean them up.
This is the worst ever experience in a dealership service department and I hope they will be shut down and no other Nissan owners would come by for service.
I would never again set foot in this place
