    So I first came about this shop a few years ago. Bieng a shipyard employee I wanted to go somewhere that was fair,trustworthy ,and orderly. Now previously I had shopped around trying to find the cheapest shop or a shop that specialized in my vehicle. However most of the time the work was either incomplete, there was no parts or labor warranty, or my vehicle was returned later than promised. Guaranteed was helpful in solving all those problems. They offer a 12 month, 12 thousand mile warranty on all parts and labor, they'll work on any make and model, and they even offered a shuttle service to and from work so I didnt have to sacrifice my workday or call a cab.The shop was clean and the techs seemed happy and proffesional.Also in addition to bieng a Napa Auto Care Center they also offer a towing service. I'll keep coming back again and again.
