  THEY STOLE MY BATTERIES

  I took both of my cars in a Jeep grand cherokee and an Audi. the audi they Seized the engine, and the Jeep they stole parts off my car and put on another customers car. Las Vegas Metro was with me to verify but only gave them a warning!!!!! they stole both of the batteries out of my cars and the AC lines for the audi. I have a major Law Suit against them. Any respose, please contact me this is at the attorney Generals Office, they have many complaints against them...

  I've gone to Guaranteed Auto Service with van 2 times once on an transmission rebuild and once on a valve job on my van. They worked with me on payments I didn't have the money to pay for all the repairs at once. My van has been running good since. I also sent them a couple of co-workers that seemed happy with the repairs in general. The only set back that I can give this company is that its quite a distant from my home. Other than that I've been very happy with the overall experience at the shop.

  I got my 2004 Volvo XC70 back with worse problems than I had prior to them fixing the car. I now have to still get a new transmission after paying them $2300, and I now have an exhaust leak, clunking, and transmission slipping...none of this existed before they touched the car. They only take cash so you can't dispute or have recourse with credit card. They have dozens of complaints on BBB and a rating of F. I have to now to now fight to get my money back. STAY AWAY.
