my gauge cluster stopped working, radio, heater, windows, power seats, foot pedels, moonroof, everything stopped working. checked all fuses, all good, all are getting power. ford dealership said we needed a new cluster, replaced it, now radio and windows work when car not on, when car started up everything stopes working again.

    I would check the Body Control module which is the computer that controls all of this.
