I just brought the car in for an oil change. I always come to GT. The wait was less time than expected. The only thing I noticed later was that the maintenance light came on--that had not been reset and also, (first time this has happened), the mileage sticker had me coming back in 45,000 miles instead of 5,000. I had to pen in a correction there.
I had a nice time in the waiting room. The large fish tank is calming and makes the wait time seem less noticeable.
They communicated very well from the get go. I chose to have some repairs done there and some on our own to save money, and I was not pressured in any way or made to feel like that was a bad choice. The work was completed in a timely manner. Thank you!

Just had an oil change, was satisfied with everything.
The technician was knowledgeable about the problem and did a good job fixing it and gave me a detailed explanation.
Overall, service was great. It didn't take long for it to be repaired. The guy explained the problems and the solutions well. The only problem I had after was that the car makes a tiny little squeaking noise that it didn't do before.

They are nice guys, not in it to rob you but to do a good job and foster a lasting relationship. They are not the cheapest shop in town, but I trust them and they have always done a nice job. Will continue to take my Japanese vehicles here.

The work that was done was done to my satisfaction, but one thing was that the alignment after the repairs were done was not completed as it was promised due to lack of complete communication from employee to employee. I took the vehicle to another place to have the alignment checked and properly aligned it. Given the work wasn't done after the repairs at the shop and I was charged for it, I came back to the shop with the alignment report from the other shop and let them know that the work wasn't completed and asked for a refund. They apologized and refunded the money for the alignment. All in all, it was a good experience.

It was handled well. The price of the cables were astronomical.
Honda Fit was running rough. I was told the fix was a valve adjustment. I was not told when that work might be ready. I had to bring the car back in because it was running rough at idle. After a second check I was told that all four coils were good, but one was not original and that one was firing just a little 'hotter' than the others...causing rough, inconsistent idle. Was the valve job needed then? By mileage and by service record, yes. By engine performance, no. Not good. Could've saved me $300 at the time.
All is well, done quicker than expected.
My husband came in to get his headlights cleaned up and oil changed. He had a fine experience. I came in to purchase this Christmas gift for him, I had a great experience. The problem I have is that Seth, the manager on duty, told me he could honor something that he told my husband he couldn't. Made me look stupid to my husband. Don't tell people you'll do something and go back on it. I felt deceived. We have come to your shop for years and don't plan to stop, but communication is a big deal with customers especially if you tell them something wrong.

I brought my vehicle in for rear brake replacement. The tech went ahead and looked over the vehicle for any additional work that needed to be done. In doing so, he found that the front wheel bearing and tie rod were loose, creating a dangerous situation. I had it fixed the next day. Even though I don't like having to pay for additional repairs, I appreciate the extra effort to check my high mileage vehicle for additional potential problems.
Based on what I experienced, this shop is incompetent and probably crooked.
The things that caused some dissatisfaction was the new tires were not moved to the drive wheels like I had asked, and the carpets on the driver side were filthy. They are covered in black marks that were not there when the car was brought in.
Always appreciate the service at GT.

"I brought my car for service at 8 AM. I was told it would take 3-4 hours. At 2 PM I called and was told was almost done including the tire rotation I had asked for and it would be ready by 5 PM. We drove back at 5 and the service was not complete. They had had it 9 hours. I called 9:30 the next day. They called out into the shop and found it was done. When I got home I discovered they actually had not done the tire rotation.

Honest and work is amazing. But communication is lacking. That was my only frustration. Didn't right knock sensors and had to find the right ones. No one called to tell me that will take them longer. Didn't drive my car enough to bring sensors back online to pass emissions and no one told me so my car didn't pass when i went to pick it up. When the tech called me I assumed all work was done (including emissions) and when that didn't happen it was stressful. But work is great and my engine is running beautifully. I will be back.

Had lube and oil done. Asked if they would check out my windshield fluid - it didn't work, could they tell me what was wrong - the man I asked must have failed to tell the guy that performed the service, because he just told me that they filled it and it leaked right through - didn't know why. My emission light was on in my dash - told me the code - "I don't know what it means, but it's on" is what the guy told me. Really!!! Sounds like I needed power steering fluid - but he said it was filled - I believe not. Thought this place would be better than Jiffy Lube or Grease Monkey, but I guessed wrong.
Seth was very upfront about a repair on our Astro Van heater blower motor and gave us a range of the expected cost of the repair. His final billing was within the range. They solved the problem, and had us back on the road the same day.
