this noise is always present on the startup if steering wheel is turned already, or when I turn wheel (l or r). It used to be only on left turn. noticeable until at least 20mph, but not saying it goes away after that. Fluid is relatively clean, level up. Wheel alignment is ok. Noise not made in reverse.
