    Oh my goodness. I did not think that I could find a repair facility for my car that would treat me as a valued human being and address my vehicles needs with honesty and integrity. After speaking with Miguel, the shop manager, he actually took me into the shop and showed me what was going on with my car. I felt as though Miguel cared about me and my car and didn't give me a line of B.S. Most places I have to drop of my car and wait for hours for a phone call all to be told what my car needs and I have to decide whether or not they are telling me the truth. I got to speak with the mechanics and I feel this repair facility has a great crew on its foundation. They treated me with respect. I would recommend Groovy Automotive to anyone. Great Job Guys!!! Thank you.

    The groovy on slaughter is wonderful, i have a 750li and i have been taking my vehicle here for about a year and i have had a lot of things done. Just did my 90 thousand ck and it was a lot better price than what the dealer quoted me. Customer service is huge with me and these guys knocked it out of the park thanks Miguel. I will keep telling all my friends to come here.

    My daughter just took her car there with a dead battery. They tried to charge her $80 to "diagnose" and install a battery. The manager "Tom" said this was a fair price because he had to "take the car apart" to install the battery. Looked on Youtube and watched a video on how to install a battery on a PT Cruiser. All you have to do is take of the air intake cover and air filter off. The cover is held on with a screw. That is what he calls taking apart the car. I called Autozone on Congress. They said they would install the battery for free. This place is a total rip off and very dishonest!!!!

    i have a bmw 750, the vehicle is just out of warranty and i went to the dealer and they were very pricey, a friend recomended groovy on red river and iwent there and they quoted me half the price of the dealership with the same parts they save me a lot of money and they took very good care of me thanks groovy.
