2002 Chevrolet Tahoe Q&A

2002 Chevrolet Tahoe Question: Grinding noise when starting the engine

It sounds like something is grinding right before the engine starts and stops as soon as I move the key to original position. I was told it could be the starter. Does that sound right? -
Answer 1
Could be the starter. Might also be the ignition switch not returning into the right position keeping the starter engaged longer -
