  I had my truck serviced there about 7 months ago ,I had the front and rear differentals fluid changed ,transfer case fluid changed, antifreese changed, power steering flushed, brake fluid flushed out ,tune up , and rear brakes done , first the price of the spark plugs were 2x what the parts guy charges at retail price ,they redused the price when i brought it to there attendtion ,after that i had my truck at the local ford dealer which they pointed out that the diff's needed servicing, they showed me the dirty fluid that was supposed to have been changed there a week ago ??? i went back to the griffin shop and they stood there ground saying they did the service ,filed an complaint with the BBB and the credit card company ,then the card company ruled in my favor when i provided proof by ford the services were never performed as charged , thank goodness the ford dealer did a through inspection of my vehicle during a 90k routine required ford service maintence check
