I took my car in to get the serpentine belt fixed. After that, I had to take it in three more times because the squealing did not go away and they could not find the issue. Any time I have ever gone there, which is five times, I've left with either squealing or leaks from my car. But the place was clean and the personnel was friendly, so that was a good thing.

I brought my car in to have it diagnosed, the service advisor was very friendly and he kept in contact with me while the car was in the shop. The car had been making a clunking noise in the front end and there was a slight intermittent grinding noise. The shop diagnosed the clunk as a bad transmission mount. The grinding was diagnosed as a a bad transmission. I wasn't convinced with their diagnosis so i took the car home to have a look. The car has 38k miles and upon inspecting the transmission mount I found that it was leaking hydraulic fluid but the rubber was not deteriorated enough to justify the loud clunking. I replaced the mount anyways and the clunk did not go away. The transmission shifts perfectly and the grinding noise has since gone away on it's own. The clunking noise was actually due to a bad ball joint as diagnosed properly by Service Techniques.
