No problem, Granger Motors has well maintained courtesy vehicles, instead of a shuttle van the leaves you stranded once they drop you off. Our parts department stocks 1000's of factory parts for all kinds of vehicles. If they don't have the part they will find the part and get it to you as quickly as possible.

My experience with Granger Motors was absolutely ridiculous. I had made an appointment for 8:30am because for the second year in a row my heat stopped working in the front end of my Grand Caravan. They asked if I was staying or dropping it off, I'm glad I dropped it off because by 2pm I had not received a call. When I called them....they hadn't even looked at it yet! So they have it over night and don't even look at it until the next day. The parts where going to cost me a little over 200.00 and then 2hrs of labor cost me another 300.00. Even after they told me it would take 2hrs they still had a hard time reasuring me it would be done by 2pm that day. (This is at 9am that morning!) "We will try our best". They had the parts there in shop, last time I checked a two hour job started at 9am (should have been 8:30am the day before)should be finished by 11am. I picked up the van at 2pm, started the engine and after about a minute my check engine light came on. I pull it back into the shop and they proceeded to tell me that nothing their mechanics had done could have caused that!! The woman that I was dealing with had no clue what she was doing. I don't know if they overbook their appointment or if they take "I'm dropping it off", as "take your sweet time". Either way. Never again!!
We have taken two cars to this dealership for service both a Ford and a Chrysler. We won't return.
Example, we took our PT Cruiser in - the Air Conditioning would stop blowing cold air when not moving. Cold air would blow when up to speed again.
Research revealed this was normally associated with the blower.
Our estimate was for the compressor ONLY. No mention of the fan. Price? $1,000 that didn't make sense so I got a 2nd opinion. They agreed with my assessment and the price, $500.
If Granger Motors would have done the repair. $1,000 for the compressor, problem would still be there and they would have charged me another $500 to fix the actual trouble.
I saved $1,000 by going elsewhere.
No confidence, have had to take repairs back to them more than once.
Have done unauthorized repairs without calling first.
I do not recommend.
