My SUV was brought in for warranty service. I had to rent a car since they could not provide one. The car rental was supposed to be covered by the dealer and GMC but it was nto in the end.
I was told I would have to leave my Envoy for one day for the repair. Each time I went to pick it up I would get the run around saying they need another day. This went on for almost TWO WEEKS! The customer service was horrible.....they were dishonest and trying to milk the repair as much as possible. Their service technician was either in on the scam or a complete joke with no expertise or technical knowledge.
It was originally brought in for lose trim and speaker in drivers door. They kept it for to weeks and at teh end i paid over $850 out of my pocket for rental car and parts when I was told warranty would cover it.
The door rattle was never fixed properly and today i have a burning smell from drivers door and now NO POWER to any controls. It is most likely a burnt out module (another $400). I suspect the cause is from their poorly compelted repairs.
