Took vehicle in for the entire day. That was 1 entire day I was without transportation I was offered a shuttle by grand point but I could not be shuttled to the fourteen business stops I would have had that day. And after the gentleman brought my jeep home at 7 that night I was told they would need it another day!! I thought I just have you guys a thousand dollars to fix it and now you need more time??? Be puss you goofed it up???
Hi Brian, I'm very sorry that you were inconvenienced without your vehicle. I completely understand how frustrating it can be when you are without transportation. Unfortunately with your Jeep this was a software programing issue with the Transmission control module. When we replaced the module it had to be programmed using factory Jeep software (Jeep is the one that controls this software). We had repeated issues with the Jeep software installs. Unfortunately when this happens, all we can do is wait for Jeep to correct their software problem. I feel that we did everything we could like having our techs stay after hours to correct the software issue and picking up and delivering the vehicle to your home to alleviate some of the burden. In the end I understand that even with the extra steps we took to get the problem solved, you were still without a vehicle and that is a huge inconvenience. Please understand that the issue that we had with your Jeep is a very rare occurrence and rest assured that you can put your trust in us for any future auto repairs or maintenance.
