As usual, service was great...unfortunately, repairs needed on our 15 year old car exceed what we wanted to spend.
I stopped taking my 2007 SRX to the Cadillac dealer cause they were not doing what I wanted done and they charged me for it. I wanted someone who was reliable and honest about doing repairs to my car. I didn't find that until one day I took my car to the Goodyear dealer for repairs & tires and I have been taking my car there ever since for repairs.
Management was very professional and stated repair very clearly. Thought staff was very honest about evaluation and did not pressure me in the repair. Store manager went over estimate and let me think about the repair. He was warm and friendly and great customer service. A++
Hi, I have been a customer there for at least 5 yrs for services and also for purchase all my tires. I did recommend my family and friends too so they all customers now. But one day I had an emergency flat so I called and I got there and I got the worst customer service from a guy name Stan at 1010 Black Horse Pike in Pleasantville, N.J. 08232 But one of their guys back in the garage named Scott was very helpful and fixed my issue wit me having a flat tire..

I wanted to buy my tires with my good year credit card and was told I could not do that. I was not happy about that, the reason being is you guys charge 35 a tire for installation. I didn't want to pay that when I can go get them installed for 20 few miles away. This is probably last time I will be doing business with Goodyear.

Called morning of installation to see if tires were available and thy were. Not a very common tire. Told them the max I wanted to spend around 1000 and they made sure they accommodated me. Communicated with me throughout installation. I will always recommend them.

Seriously, this Goodyear is directly across the street from the former provider of my tire/auto needs, and the Difference between the two establishments is Astounding! I am continuously in awe of their professionalism, their prompt and through service and the general atmosphere of their center. Direct shout out to Jason and Mike, who seem to ALWAYS be working....you both have repeatedly helped me to smoothly accomplish my automotive goals (ie, Get tires on IMMEDIATELY for an unexpected 800 mile trip, get an oil change and alignment while juggling work and appointments, etc)...THANK YOU!!!

I usually call ahead for approximate wait time. The staff are helpful and consistently pleasant. They care about my service experience and it shows every time I have brought my vehicles there. I have referred many people who are also happy with the services they receive. They give you an upfront estimate. They have financing and often there are coupons that give discounts as well. They are open on Sundays and some holidays. Thank you for doing a great job every time.

The service took a while because of the repairs I wanted on my car, plus the oil change plus an inspection but the employees were really helpful. They were really generous, and I waited patiently for my car.

Put my car in for repair and they also checked for other things in my car which I appreciated. There were things that needed attention that I was not aware of. When I drove my car it ran a lot better and now I might be able to drive it for 2 more years. Yeah, thank you Goodyear!!
A cost that that manager said was automatically put on the invoice was removed after we discovered it before paying the invoice, I need to say that if we had not discovered the additional cost, we would have inadvertently paid it. Invoices should be thoroughly reviewed by staff before presently the invoice to customer for payment. And, if true, additional costs that are automatically and incorrectly applied by the computer should not occur,
I've been going here for the last 2-3 years for car service. This latest one was mainly for a battery replacement. But I ended up with almost $1300 bill. Since I was there, I got an oil change, and wheel alignment. When they checked the tires, they noticed a "play" on the front wheels and recommended for wheel bearing replacement. For safety reasons, I agreed. When the car was done, that's when I was told the total bill was $1297! I wasn't aware that they also performed a coolant flush, fuel line flush and also did a wheel alignment. They were all recommendations from the previous service. But I wish I was told more clearly that they would include such services.
This was my first time using this service center, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I had two tires installed and the wait time wasn't long at all. It was suggested that I may need an alignment due to the wear pattern on the front tires. I was given a quote and was prepared to pay for the service. However, the tech brought in a report from the alignment check and everything passed. I'm sure they could have done the service and charged me for it, but thanks to their honesty and professional service, they saved me $150. Thank you!! You have earned my respect and my future service.
Oil change was a good price. Employees were very nice.
The service was slow and no estimate of completion time was forthcoming. The waiting area does not offer water or even a soda machine. There was a sign that offered fresh hot coffee but I was waiting for nearly four hours and not once was fresh coffee made. The service rep was friendly but was more interested in selling additional service than having my requested service completed quickly.
