I'm now a 'regular' not just for the usual services, but bringing a boat trailer to have the lights and tire pressure checked and adjusted as needed; also brought my boat battery that didn't seem to be charging at home. They threw it on their charger for several hours and told me it was ok - I was thrilled - and it was a complimentary service. It's those 'little things' that make such a difference! Excellent service and friendly! Highly recommend Eugene's Goodyear.
I use my 2004 Ford Ranger for a work vehicle. It is my toolbox and office so when I need service the guys know I'm on a timeframe and always strive to get me in and out in a very timely manner. Its also very nice to have the guys at the front remember me and are always friendly.
This store has always provided high quality work. They do more than the minimum required by checking other areas of the vehicle.
I was headed to Eugene for a job interview and had some pulsating when I was braking. Called on Sunday morning and Paul the manager said he probably couldn't get parts but to swing by. I stopped and he advised he could fit me in first thing the next morning and give me a ride to my interview five minutes away. I had my interviewer call him up and he picked me up and the car was done. I wasn't expecting the ride but he definitely saved me the hassle of getting a cab on a Monday morning. Car is back to perfect and a big thanks to Paul and his team. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

The work was done in a timely fashion and appears to have fixed the problem. They charged me exactly what they quoted me. Good job.
Woke that morning with a dead battery so I called Goodyear immediately. I was told to bring the car right in and they would run a couple of diagnostic tests. They completed this quickly and ordered the new battery from their supplier. In doing this they realized I still had some warranty on the old battery. All the work was done efficiently and they saved me money. Always enjoy dealing with Paul and Jim.

Extraordinary service and friendly employees have kept me coming back to this Goodyear Service Center for many years. I appreciate being reminded when I have neglected doing some necessary part of maintenance that I might not be aware of. For instance, this time the air filter interior of the vehicle was disgustingly dirty, and I would not have even thought of having it checked. They have kept my car in great running condition.
Thanks to Gabriel, Paul, and Jim for remembering me even though my visits aren't very often. You make suggestions without pressuring me to choose Goodyear, but often I do because your products and value make it worthwhile. Two thumbs up!
I can not express my satisfaction with Jim and Gabriel enough. They were both very helpful, friendly and personable. I had purchased tires a few months back and was getting them rotated a few days ago and they told me that I needed to have a few things replaced. They spoke to my warranty company for me to cover the services, provided transportation to and from my job so I could leave the car there while at work, and were just very friendly and helpful in general. I would like recognition to be given to these two (Jim and Gabriel) at the West 7th store in Eugene, Oregon, in honor of their outstanding service. I will definitely be a repeat customer and recommend this particular location to others.
These gentlemen are probably the best in the many locations I've visited for Goodyear. They do their normal upselling (it's a business after all), yet they don't push it. The technicians do excellent work, and that's the most important thing. Their price for air filter purchase and installation is cheaper than simply buying one at Auto Zone and doing it myself.
I have had my car serviced at this location several times. I have always been happy with the service I have received. I particularly like that they're open on Saturday and Sunday, since I only have a single car and can't always schedule around an oil change or other car service during the week.
I always feel confident that the service will be done properly and for a good value.

I am a regular customer. These folks are just the best. No job too big or too small. I recently had serious brake problems on my truck. They gave me the number of their tow truck people who were there in 20 minutes. He towed it to Goodyear and within two hours my truck was back in business. I have always received excellent service and honest evaluation of possible problems that may occur in the future and a timeline for fixing them without being urged to fix them immediately, I have been able to check out those problems. I have found they have never been in error. Of course, I return for that service at the appropriate time. I have been bringing our cars here for the past 38 or 39 years and recommend this Goodyear store quite often. Several years ago our car completely stopped working while out on the freeway. A nearby repair shop told us it needed a major overhaul. But I had it towed to our Goodyear store and 15 minutes later drove the car away at no charge. A vacuum hose had come loose.
Only wiper blades this time, but tires last time. Always seem fair.
Friendly desk people. Since I cannot see what was done on the car I must assume that they performed all the work I paid for.
This shop is very conveniently located and I am pleased with their speed and quality of service. If you buy tires from Goodyear, rotation is always free - so get it done with your oil change. They noticed a little outer edge wear on the front two weeks ago, and verified my alignment for me (it didn't need alignment) free of charge.

I had my oil changed. I left my vehicle there. They did not call me when it was done. They also did not mention anything about an oil leak that I have. In the future they should let the costumer know of anything wrong with their vehicle. Thank you.
We made reservations on Friday 9/4 for Monday 9/7. We needed 60K and 120K vehicle services, which we relayed to Paul when we made the appointment. Gabriel didn't know about our appointment, told us that it was a bad day to do the work as he was a man short. When the work was finished on both vehicles I asked him to ring up the vehicles together so we could put it on our Goodyear card and take advantage of the 6-month same-as-cash. He said he could not do that as it was two separate transactions. The work was done in a timely manner; however, the work order did not indicate that the 60K and the 120K service needs were fulfilled The oil was changed in both vehicles, air conditioning charged in one (as requested, and transmission fluid flushed and changed in one, as requested). I don't feel that the attitude was as accommodating as usual and we were made to feel we were an inconvenience. We are repeat customers to this store.
The website encouraged signing up on the web for the oil change; the description said it would take 45 minutes to an hour. When I got there at 1:45 PM for a 2:00 appointment, the technician said they would not get me in until 2:00 because they were very busy (I understand) and that my car would be ready at 3:30 PM (1-1/2 hours). When I said I would have to reschedule some other time then because I needed to be done by 3:00 PM as the website had estimated; the tech said "we will get it in as soon as possible and try to be done by 3:00." - The car went back into the bay by 2:00 and was done at 3:20 PM. Maybe they did the best they could timewise - the website should give a more accurate estimate of time.
I originally purchased tires at this location about a year ago due to a special I had seen. Recently went back to have my brakes replaced, alignment done, tires rotated and balanced, and transmission flushed. Dropped my car off at about 10:30am and picked it up just before they closed, after driving I noticed the vehicle pulled to the right and there was a significant vibration from the front right of the vehicle. So on my next day off, about a week later I scheduled the vehicle to come back in. When I showed up I was told that they were too busy and so I rescheduled for the following week, the vehicle was there from around noon to about 5:30pm. Drove home and noticed nothing had changed. I called back and was told that they did everything that was needed to correct the issues. So I took the vehicle to a different service shop and they said the alignment and balancing was off and actually corrected the issue.
Great price and great service.
They were busy when I arrived but managed to get me out much faster than expected. Pointed out a potential problem that will need to be repaired soon.
We really enjoy coming to this location, Paul especially is very knowledgeable and helpful. We went to another Goodyear to get a flat fixed in the local area and the service did not even come close to this location. We also enjoy being able to have our vehicle issues addressed when they come up, whether it may be a tire or a fluid leak in one location. Very convenient.
I have now had 2-3 oil changes, purchased the alignment program and a couple of tires. Everytime I go in I am treated very well, I feel the staff is being honest and up front with me and not just trying to get more money out of me like some other places I've been. Good guys at GoodYear on 7th in Eugene and I will continue to be a loyal customer going forward! The only reason I rated the cleanliness a little less positive is the bathroom could be kept up a little better. But I'm a woman going into a man's world so I get it ;)
The staff did a complete service, found and fixed an unknown problem. They are very polite and knowledgeable.

Wait time was 30-45 minutes less than I had banked for. Coffee made and a television. Would rather spend the time and have it down right than have it done at a drive in and out place. You have professionals who are organized and get it done right. Will return there when I need tires!
The manager Paul stood up for a defective bulb and replaced it at no charge. He is always a stand up guy. He has a good staff as well. I appreciate them and their work.
Took an hour and a half to get an oil change when I had made an appointment before hand. Couldn't find any water while waiting and not much staff around to ask.
