I have had my cars maintained here for 30 years or more.
I know I can always trust John with my vehicle and the guys up front are always nice. They got my vehicle in quickly and had it done in the amount of time they said it would take. They even found a less expensive part than the original quote. So I had the pleasant surprise of a less expensive bill. :)
I LOVE this Goodyear location. The men there are so kind and helpful and totally honest about what my vehicle needs. I can relax knowing that they are staying on top of my maintenance needs. WAY better than getting service at Toyota.

Had an antifreeze leak and after the inspection they replaced the bottom hose and did an antifreeze flush. Completely satisfied with the work performed.

Oil change took 2 hours. It should have not taken so long.
I went in for an oil change and for a headlight that was out. I asked for my windshield washer fluid to be filled b/c it was empty the last oil change I got and not refilled. They said they would make sure it was filled. IT WAS NOT AGAIN FILLED. IT IS STILL EMPTY.
I made an online appointment and received a call immediately telling me that that time was full and I would not be finished on time. I appreciated that feedback and planned accordingly.
Oil change & tire rotation completed on time and at a bargain price.
They were even able to add a last minute tire rotation.
I have been coming to this Goodyear location since 1992. I will soon be moving to Iowa. When I get there I will be looking for a Goodyear location because of how the people at this location over the years has provided the highest degree of service. The current manager, Daniel Prince, along with long-time staff Jim Boggs and Jon Clay have provided cost saving services to keep my vehicles operating safely and efficiently. The guys on the staff that I do not know by name are high-quality techs and every visit is handled professionally. Take good care of these guys please.
My overall experience was excellent. I have a suggestion to make one of the bays just for oil changes. I attempt twice to get my oil changed to find out there was a 2 hour wait. While I was waiting other people came in for oil changes and were told there was a 2 hour wait. They left, you are losing business.
This is the 1st business we have found that is honest and not out to try to get us to fix something that doesn't need to be fixed. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. I will continue coming here for all of my automotive needs.
The wait time was promised as one hour, but was actually two hours, and that was with an appointment. Not wonderful, but The service manager, Jim, provided additional service himself when there was a need for a replacement part for my car. And continued to work on my behalf by calling vendors for the next couple of days to look for a part. Then followed up with a personal phone call to me. That was wonderful. That's excellent customer service!
My overall visit was good due to the quality and speed of service.
All service was excellent except that my maintenance indicator light was not reset.
Jim is an awesome asset to your store. He goes out of his way to making sure I am totally satisfied.
I have been going to this particular Goodyear for about 25 years. My recent visit was very pleasant. I took my car in for its routine 5000 mile check up and oil change. I spoke with Jim and mentioned that I thought my tires were getting pretty close to needing to be replaced. I dropped the car off, received a call a couple of hours later and we discussed the new tires. He was able to give me a pretty good deal and told me about a rebate. They finished my car about a half an hour earlier than promised, and when I picked up the car, it feels like it is brand new! I mentioned that the roads in Ft. Wayne are atrocious, so check my alignment. He did and said it was in good shape. I had gotten it realigned a short time ago, but pot holes don't use a calendar! Jim always takes care of me and my car and is always pleasant. That is why I keep coming back!
I think that a 2 hour wait when an appointment time is set up for an oil change is excessive. I ended up canceling my appointment. What is the point of setting up an appointment if you have to wait 2 hours for a 30-40 minute service to be done? Not good customer service in my opinion.

The staff is extremely pleasant and the cost is always reasonable. The Store Manager and Assistant Manager always go above and beyond with customer service. I've been going to Good Year for 4 years now and it's the only place I trust if my car breaks down unexpectedly.
The service was completed on time. They also suggested fixing another problem that was just starting to appear on the car.
I came back and asked for a warranty and was refused. I was told no cash for a problem with the battery in the first three years. But without a warranty, how do I prove it, especially while traveling? I am a long-time customer and have never had this kind of treatment.
First app't - wrong tires received; second app't - two of four tires received. No compensation.

My daughter's car had broken down (overheated) less than a month after starting college in Fort Wayne. She had never broken down before let alone being 200 miles away from home. After AAA initially towed her to another service station - she was not very comfortable with the long list of services that they told her that her car needed. I saw that there was a Goodyear Auto Service Center just 1.5 miles away from her school and suggested she take her car there. We weren't necessarily looking for the 'cheapest' but wanted to trust what needed to be done to fix her car. I cannot thank 'Jim' and the Store Manager (Daniel) enough for everything they did to help my daughter and mostly for putting her at ease. Her car is now running great and somehow was even done for 1/2 the cost that she was initially quoted. THANK?YOU?Goodyear!!!
We brought our car in for an oil change, and to have the tires checked, as we had learned on a previous visit that they would soon need replacing. On advice from the staff, we did purchase 4 new tires and were encouraged to sign up for a Goodyear credit card to receive full rebate offers on the tires. We appreciated being able to take advantage of this offer as well as a coupon for service. Overall, we were very satisfied with the service, and we were treated as valued customers. (We were also pleased to be there on a customer appreciation day, so enjoyed a lunch "on the house"!)
A friend of mine used Goodyear for service on her vehicle. I had always used the dealership. I decided to try Goodyear and haven't been disappointed. That was several years ago. I have purchased tires and gotten service on my vehicle -- not just oil changes. Expect to give the guys a little extra time to enter things into their computer system when you drop off your vehicle. (They may also be searching for any special offers or coupons.) You can trust Goodyear for your vehicle needs.
When the work was all done they called me to pick it up and it was still early in the day. Thank you.

I have used Goodyear since I have owned a car. I have never felt they have taken advantage of me because of being female and clueless about the fixing os my car. I never have felt pressure to buy the things they suggest to me. I have sent many friends to Goodyear and will continue to do so.
I recently purchased a new set of tires and had a small vibration after the installation. After isolating the problem to a bent rim Daniel and the crew did all that was necessary to fix the issue. I couldn't be more satisfied and would recommend the Coldwater Rd. Store to anyone needing tires or service on their vehicles.
I have been taking my cars to Goodyear at Glenbrook for over 25 years. They are always helpful and have taken good care of my cars over the years. Jim (and Artie before him) is always pleasant and answer my questions honestly and openly.
They are able to make my Suburban safe to drive no matter what I take to them for repairs.
The employees of this business have displayed exemplary service and knowledge over the ten years or so that I have been using them for tires, balancing and rotating tires. I am now also using them for alignment. They appear to be knowledgeable and very helpful. They also go the extra mile to see you get the exact tire you want at a great price. I have put 83,000 miles on one set of tires and they still have some tread left. My prior tires were also from this Goodyear dealership, and they gave similar results. It is worth the 45 mile drive to use this shop.
I arrived before my appointment time yet I was able to get out just a little after my appointment time. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. They do a good job of helping you and making you feel important. The work is always done right the first time.
I appreciate having a place to go that I can trust the work that is done and for a good price. I can trust that what needs done is done and "extra" repairs are not.
I was told that the tires I wanted were not available, but was given another great option.
I came in to get my oil changed and the staff was fantastic, I didn't have an appointment but they did work me in, and did a free inspection on my car. The best part was they had a little picnic table for my kids with some coloring books and crayons. It was nice that they had something to do and to keep them occupied while I waited. The kids also loved the Christmas decorations as well, the whole counter top was wrapped in wrapping paper with a little Christmas tree in the middle. I will definitely be back in the future and I'll probably even bring the kids with me again.
