I was getting ready to spend $1,800 to overhaul my wife's A/C when I decided to take it to Goodmons for a second opinion. Their staff was very thorough and found the problem was no where near as detrimental as the previous shop said. instead the problem was solved for $245. Now the A/C blows cold and my wife is happy. Goodmons is very honest and the prices are very reasonable. Their workmanship is top-notch. Two thumbs up!

Worst place to go. Do u want a bunch of druggies working on your car? If so then that's your place. Slimeballs plus their BBB GRADE IS A C!!!!! Please don't waste your time. Go to my mechanic he's very honest and is close to goodmons. This place is called electric lab service in Fresno by blackstone and Sierra

Having been a business man myself my whole life, I find the experience I just had absolutely unbelievable.
I just called Goodmons Auto repair to have my Volvo c-70's 105,000 service done. This is typically a $800 to $1000 job. I was greeted on the phone with the electronic message that Goodmons does not accept unidentified callers without caller ID activated! After jumping through hoops to turn on my caller ID and enter my FULL NAME .... my call was sent through to a receptionist. I first asked if the company was aware their system does not accept unidentified callers. She replied yes, they knew. I then simply said I thought that was a poor business decision as I had an expensive service to do but almost didn't jump through the hoops to get their phone to ring. She then said, "well, we don't want to work on your car then" and hung up rudely.
They may do great service, I'll never know, but whatever their warranty is is worthless as it is very unlikely a company like this will stay in business through these tough times.
