Just amazing staff and really good, friendly people and they do a good job. They are just extremely friendly, very helpful, I mean they drove me back and forth to my house when my husband was out of town so that I would be at home without any inconvenience of waiting at the shop.

I would say that they are very honest and they perform work at a reasonable price. Well, you have kind of touched on the points. They do no try to sell anything, it's obvious they don't try to sell any service that is not necessary. They are very honest, like I said in the first comment, which is why I left the dealership, they're always going to be selling you things you don't need, you know? I guess all I can tell you is that I used to go to the dealership and my comparison is with the dealership, but I feel like the dealership performs services that weren't always necessary. I always felt like they were selling you service that you didn't need yet, because I believe that they were told that's the way to handle the repair customers, in other words "get what you can while their here". The prices (at the dealership) always seemed to be unreasonable, plus their work sucked sometimes, that's why I don't want my name on this ok?

They are always very thorough and recommend the best; if you want to get by with less than the best, it's a good idea to ask. They are willing to compromise if you need it, when my husband needed work done on some brakes, and I don't remember what all the details were, they recommended exactly what should be done for the best repair and my husband said "Look, I can't afford that, can we get by with just doing a minimum", and they did that. They told him what that would entail, not only for cost, but why that was inferior to do that, but that they would do that and it would get him by for less time, but for a certain amount of time. They went ahead and did that for him for what he could afford. It has just always been good.

The fact that they take me to my home after I've left the vehicle and pick me up when my car is ready, that is very helpful.

We wouldn't have gone back to them, had we not had full confidence in their work, after our first experience. We wouldn't have gone back if our first experience wasn't good. We were very satisfied with their work.

I would just like to say that I consider the owner there very honest and he doesn't push things that you need to have done, he will tell you that there might be something that needs done down the road, instead of saying let's do it right now he'll say maybe in eighteen months or next year, you know in a couple months something needs done. I have learned to believe what he tells me, I have had hoses replaced and that fuel pump put in, that kind of stuff, but he never really pushes it. My car is like seven years, so in this kind of climate I figured it was about due (the hose change) and that is what he was telling me and I agree. I do not need to be out somewhere and have a hose burst on me. Most of the things that he had done though, cost a lot more than I would have expected, but I think it was still a fair price, because the one thing I called to get a second opinion on about pricing, he was right in the ballpark. I remember that I used to put a fuel pump in myself with hardly any trouble and now it is like seven-hundred dollars, it's like crazy, things were different in my day though. Both things (the hoses and fuel pumps) cost more than I would have expected, but he has always been fair with the pricing, not cheap, but fair. At least I know it is being done right.

They are very understanding. They are there to help you out and they make sure you are not taken advantage, like some of the repair places that are out there. They are very helpful, very knowledgeable and they don't take advantage of the customer like a lot of these car dealerships and auto repair places here. I highly recommend them too.
