The fuel transfer pump may leak where the fuel pipes connect to it. This could result in a fire hazard.
On vehicles equipped with a 6.6L diesel engine, the engine could stall unexpectedly due to an incorrect fuel gauge reading.
The label that indicates that only Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) fuel is to be used with the vehicle is too small, and does not meet federal requirements. This could lead to unsafe fueling practices.
Affected vehicles may be shifted out of Park with the ignition key removed or the ignition in the "off" position. As a result, the vehicle may roll unexpectedly, increasing the risk of injury or a crash.
The under hood module for the heated washer system may overheat and catch on fire.
The wiring to the washer system fluid heater may overheat. This can create a burning smell, smoke, and possibly a fire under the hood.
A damper on the fuel rail may come loose and cause a fuel leak. A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source may result in a fire.
