    My latest experience with this shop has been this week when they replaced my transmission. The vehicle is back in the shop for the third time since I picked it up on two days ago. Each time they tell me there is nothing wrong the transmission. Took the vehicle to PepBoys this morning for an oil change, they confirmed that the transmission is still slipping. The informed me that the hood latch and left engine mount had been broken. PepBoys confirmed what I had been telling Globe Tire, AKA AAMCO. This is the third problem with this repair center in a year. Will not be going back after the transmission is fixed.

    Today, 02/22/2010 I took the vehicle to my local Chevrolet dealership to have the engine checked since AAMCO said it was an engine problem. No problem with engine. Vehicle computer says there is still a problem with the transmission.
