New steering rack, newer struts, balljoints, new tie rods, new wheel bearings. New sway bar, links and bushings. Noise seems to be coming from drivers side only.

how are the strut insulators? poss worn out

Not sure, the struts are relatively new, less than 6 months. I know just because they're new doesn't mean there's nothing wrong with them. I've suspected it could be strut related. Basically the only things left are struts or control arm bushings. I will check them tomorrow for sure. I'll let you know, thanks!
