  I have an old car and I am used to paying way to much when it brakes down in bad locations. So when My right uv boot was cracked and I noticed that it needed replacement I was currently in the middle of moving to chicago this place was very nice VERRY affordable and quick. Got my car in same day called with quote and fix even saved me more money to fix the whole axle over the cost of the boot. I will be going back once I move for sure.

  Awesome awesome awesome! I took my car into the Subaru dealership where they told me at my 40K check up that I needed to have new rear brake pads ($450),brake fluid flush AND rear and front differential fluid replacement. Oh...and that in total these services would cost an extra $600. I felt like they were pulling a fast one on me b/c a) I'm a woman b)I'm young and c) a relatively new car owner. SO...I checked repairpal.com, found M& D Auto, spoke with a very friendly guy there who said a brake pad replacement should cost $180 for pads and labor (right on par with the estimates on repairpal.com). I took it in - they had it back within the day, were transparent about costs, stayed true to their estimate. They EVEN told me that at my next big mileage checkup, I could come in for an oil change and they would perform the check up for the same cost. Not exactly the same as the $354 I just paid at the dealership for my 40K checkup. All in all, a great experience. Highly recommended!

  I WENT TO TAKE MY CAR FOR EMISSIONS AND FAILED THE TEST. I'M FAIRLY NEW TO THE AREA SO I ASKED A FRIEND WHERE A GOOD SHOP IS. HE TOLD ME THAT IF I GO TO M & D AND IF THEY DON'T FIX IT THE FIRST TIME HE WOULD PAY THE BILL. WELL I NEW HE WAS JOKING ABOUT PAYING THE BILL BUT HE WAS RIGHT ABOUT THEM FIXING MY CAR. IT NOT ONLY PASSED THE TEST BUT IT FEELS LIKE I GOT A NEW CAR. ALL I NEEDED WAS SOME SENSOR AND THEY SUGGESTED I FUEL LINE FLUSH/CLEANING OR SOMETHING. SEEING THAT THE BILL FOR BOTH JOBS WAS JUST UNDER $180.00 I AGREED. THEY WERE HONEST CALLED ME WHEN THEY FOUND THE PROBLEM WITH A PRICE. AND EXPLAINED TO ME THE BENEFITS OF CLEANING THE FUEL LINES. I'M NOT USED TO SHOPS BEING SO UPFRONT AND HONEST. I WILL BE GOING BACK TO THEM FOR EVEN MY OIL CHANGES CAUSE I LIKE THE FEELING THAT THEY WANT ME THEIR AND NOT LIKE OTHER SHOPS WERE I HAVE FELT LIKE I'M A BOTHER OR JUST A NUMBER. THESE GUYS ARE GREAT! AND MY MYSTIQUE PASSED THE EMISSION TEST THE VERY NEXT TIME I BROUGHT IT IN.
