Beware!! Be smart and get informed. Don't let good reviews bring you in. Visit other websites and read reviews. You'll notice a pattern. These people fabricate their own reviews. They are con artists.
I've tracked down several customers and they all have the same complaint: My car came out worse and with more problems than before. When I returned to the shop, they denied any wrong doing, didn't bother to look at the car and aggressively I was told to leave.
I spoke to neighboring businesses and they confirmed that this happens at least twice a week. They can hear customers getting yelled at by this Mary Lou character and denied service. Don't expect warranties to be honored here. They are "experts" that know everything and after you pay; your car is your problem.
If you have been conned by this shop; I suggest you fight back. As consumers we have rights protected by law and the State of Florida. You can do the following:
1. You want your money back-- File a suit under Small Claims court if under $5,000. If more than $5,000, get yourself a lawyer. Make sure you keep copies of documents and records of every interaction.
2. File a complaint under Consumer Protection Agency--http://www.freshfromflorida.com/Divisions-Offices/Consumer-Services/Consumer-Resources/Consumer-Protection/File-a-Complaint
If they get enough complaints from consumers; Florida will not renew their operational license and will close the business for good.
3. File a complaint with BBB--https://www.bbb.org/consumer-complaints/file-a-complaint/get-started
Do this before going to court; they wont review cases under litigation.
4. Call the news-- Most stations will follow stories like this one
