I have a 1991 BMW and old car, and they seem to have the key personnel who know the older cars and they have done an excellent job for me. The people are nice, you meet the mechanics face to face. They go above and beyond the customer needs. For instance they track everything. John Roberts procured a part for my car from Germany, he was able to get the part. Just trying to illustrate how they go above and beyond in their service.
After using Autohaus Schlosser in Reading, PA for the past 8 years, and having to wait 1-2 weeks on average to get my Mercedes back, I thought I would try German Auto Specialists since I work in Norristown. Wow!! What great speedy service. They did state inspection, new tie rods, brakes, had the front alignment done along with some other items and had the car back to me the same day!! My Dad is a retired Diesel mechanic and he was impressed by the amount of quality work they did in one day. Their labor rates are competitive to local area shops and they are well worth the price.
These guys are great. I went in with a bad door hinge. The owner tried to fix it and told me it was more of an auto body type of fix. He didn't charge me a dime and gave me some auto body shop referrals. I used one of them and was very pleased. Visit their site to find out more.
