Under warranty, I had the shop fix something they had fixed before because somehow it broke again. They tried to charge me extra for various things that were repeated (and under warranty) and I had to watch my step and question every part of the way. I felt like I was not trusted and that they did not want to stand behind their work and honor the warranty, but begrudgingly they (kind of) did. Of course they found something else wrong to fix and charge me for so they could at least get something out of me. No way I would ever recommend. Also, prices are extremely high. Another shop quoted me at 40% lower cost to fix. And the warranty gives the option of getting the cost of the botched repair back. However, by time they called me to confirm what was wrong with it, they had already taken apart half my exhaust and started replacing pieces, so I had no choice in the matter. Ridiculous.

I started going to Genin's when we moved to Madison because it was close and convenient. I will continue to go there because they do a great job, and most importantly, I feel they are honest and I trust them to provide excellent service without trying to sell you services you don't need.

I had a flat tire. I left the tire and it was repaired within an hour. That is excellent service.
Prices seem quite steep for standard items like cabin air filters, etc.
