problem started this morning and when you put it in park the doors do not unlock automaticly but the truck will start in park even though the indicator does not show that you are in park

    That would be your "neutral safety switch" located on the transmission.

    I have done 3 of these on three trucks. Water gets in them, was a bad design on GM's side of things

    100 bucks if you do it yourself, or 200-300 at the stealership
