Question: Gear Lever is hard to get in and out of park

The transmission on the car was just rebuilt about a week ago. When I got it back the gear lever was hard to get i and out of park. The car runs fine once I get it into gear. When I picked the car up after the reparis the mechanic said the lever was hard to operate. I consulted with another mechanic and he said Honda's have a bad history with gear lever problems with the Accord. What is the cost estimate to get it fixed?

Masterthe cable is frozen. common issue with honda. the cable is available from the aftermarket or the dealer. range is about 90-125 depending on supplier.
the labor is 1.2 hours.Roy
