Bought a set of tires for our van that is not used often in April 07,I ran over a piece of metal in Aug 13 that was to large of a hole to repair . These tires had less then 5000 miles on them. I dropped tire off at Grove City Firestone and ordered 2 replacement tires and was told by Mike that these tires were old anyway,so I looked on Firestones web site to see how to read date code. Three of the tires was from 2000 and one was date coded from 1999. I paid 2007 prices for tires that was already 7 and 8 years old. So if you buy any tires from Grove City Firestone be sure to check date code. May be selling rejects at new prices.
I absolutely trust them tremendously because every time I go in to have the oil changed there's no charge. I had a heating coil repaired and I checked with other repair shops and they were extremely reasonable and extremely competitive. I like the customer service. They brought me home so I didn't have to sit there and wait for a couple of hours. I just love them.
