After 14 miles after leaving the shop my transmission blew after they had been working on it all day.

They did a good job on my car and at a reasonable price. I didn't have any problems, Shadi is great.

I wasn't happy. A year ago I took my car into the shop to get fixed and I ended paying for a part that was recalled and to this day, they have not been fixed or the part replaced. Nobody has gotten in touch with me about the part and I paid a lot of money to get this fixed. The main issue was fixed but this part that got recalled never got resolved. I am getting frustrated just thinking about it.

They're really good to go to if your're in the area but in my opinion I feel they are expensive. Usually for a tire patch they charged me forty dollars when they are usually twenty dollars.

I took my car to a dealership and they failed to fix it. I took it to Gateway and they fixed the problem. They were really courteous. The time frame that they gave me was accurate. What they quoted me was the actual amount at the end.

They were very helpful. They were very nice. They promptly told me when the car was ready, after it had been fixed. When I picked it up, it had a rose for my wife. Their customer satisfaction is very good.

I love, love the guys there. They’re nice and honest. The only reason I didn't give them a 10 is that they originally told that the price was sixty-five dollars and they even wrote it down on a card and they charged me seventy-five dollars. I did like the fact that, they told me when it was going to be done and they did in fact have it done. It's nice to know that they are living up to their standards and following through with what they say to their customers.

When I brought the car in, I told them the interior was spotless. Auto places tend to have their mechanics get in there and fill it with grease. I requested that they put something over the seats. The owner said that they didn't have a problem with that. He said they know what they are doing. I opened the door to get in and there was a black oil stain on the seat. When I told him that he said "It didn't come from us." He tried to insult me by saying that they didn't do it. It didn't come from me. I was dressed in a business suit and headed to work.

low idle maybe 500 rpm not sure why? car h...
More likely the exhaust is the cost of the low idle. Would be more than happy to help you in our division location 2057 West Division. 773-342-7105
I am not very sure we have to open it up and look what's needed inside when you take the timing chain off give and take roughly I will say 1200 - 1500. Definitely I would recommend to bring the car in to confirm if you have the timing chain or timing belt does make different
