i get a gas smell when i turn heater on inside of van

The exhaust manifold is probably loose on the engine mount. Need to put in new seals. When the vehicle is still cold, it does not burn all of the fuel right away and so some gasoline fumes are passing through the exhaust and leaking in the engine compartment.

Lately, whenever I turn on the heater in the car , I can smell a fuel odor. I had to open the window on the passenger side in order to continue driiving to my destination.
