They attempted to charge for unauthorized repairs, didn't fix the vehicle until 3rd trip and then because if there laziness the 1st time they ruined the filters and tried to recharge me again for work they should have done the 1st time
I haven't given up on this shop I think they need to test drive test drive with all customers and after all repairs but not at the customers expense a shop Forman to do the test drives.

The work was well done, and for the most part, fairly priced. $50 charge for cleaning a K&N filter was too high, considering I supplied the cleaning kit. But, I feel more confident than that from a dealer.

I just replaced a battery in my car with a Wal-Mart battery. I had it towed to their shop and they replaced the battery for me and gave me the other battery back so I could get a refund. They are very friendly and very attentive. I didn't feel like I was just another job.
