hey, apple dumpling here, it would be nice if you could write a review on the reviewer... It is always up to the customer at G&C to choose the repairs they want to do. G&C will walk you into the shop and show you what you need today, soon, or in 6 months. Any shop you use should not have a problem answering your questions and or showing you the item on your car. G&C is the type of shop to answer these question and show you on the car - no strong arm techniques - it is your car and your decision. How many shops give out the owners home phone number? Just 1 - G&C TIre and Auto Service!

A very clean facility with top of the line customer service. They have a very well accomodated waiting area that made my visit a breeze. They were able to answer all of my questions and concerns and also offered a loaner car free of charge! I will recommend them to all of my friends, family and co-workers!

Rip-off Artists. I had a squeak in my windshield wiper. When they told me it was a $480 repair to replace the entire wiperblade transmission, I told them forget it. Picked up my car and there was no problem left (they just had to oil the insides). I asked another shop why they tried to rip me off. Word on the street - if they sell you a whole system, they get a profit cut. Do NOT go to these guys. Rip-off artists.

I want to share my pleasant experience with G&C Tire and Auto Service. I called G&C, Pepboys, Sears Auto Center, Toyota Dealer and one more shop to get a quote for the tune up (spark plugs and spark plug wires). G&C had the most reasonable estimate with the taxes. I took my 1998 Toyota Avalon XLS to the shop and was greeted by David and Gregg.They walked me around the facility which included 2 free internet ready desktops, a TV room, choice of drinks from a refrigerator and some eatables(donuts, cookies, etc). Gregg came to the internet room to show the estimate and get my signature. The only time I had to get up was to collect my keys. I am from India and I highly recommend G&C for the value they provide in their service.

Wow...What an AMAZING experience. I have taken my car many places and have had many positive (and negative results) but my first experience with G&C will definitely make me a regular. Gregg was excellent. I was told by several places that I needed 500-1800 worth of work done on my Jeep to prevent it from overheating, and he repaired in 10 minutes for a fraction of what I would have paid somewhere else. It was fast service, friendly service, and left me with a smile on my face! THANKS!

G&C is a family owned shop that puts the customer first. Gregg took my vehicle in for a last minute job and stayed well after closing to ensure it got done as he promised. The work was superior and the cost was half of what was quoted at a dealership and another local shop (no exageration). I trust this shop and give them my highest endorsement.

I trust G&C for everything from inspections and minor repairs to major service. I've been taking both my cars there for years. The shop has a comfortable place to wait, or they'll provide me with a loaner car. The family part of their business is evident and I feel like they take care of me, provide solid advice, and offer a fair price.
