The gear shift light bulb is probably burned out. The fuse that protects that bulb/circuit also protects the lights by the heater panel, radio, ash tray ect....., if they are good the fuse is OK.

i have a 1990 corolla whith no turn signals. replaced the flasher and all bulbs are good. where would the fuse be for this or what else should i check for? thanks
I found the box under the hood but I need the one that contains the fuse for the radio/clock.
