Question: fuse box which is which

this idiot shorted out my lighter by sticking a screwdriver down in it and apparently it also shorted my cruise control as well. All the fuses are numbered but it says "see owners manu.". don't have one. can anyone help w/ a number for this problem

    most parts stores have an assortment pack of fuses along with a testor for around fifteen bucks.can also check with the dealer.

    Check your relay under the hood and copy down the numbers and letters and see if they match up with a new headlamp relay at the auto part store
