2001 Dodge Grand Caravan Question: fuse box locations

driver side high beam works but low beam dose not -

so i would have to change the mod connected to the fuse box under the hood and also the passenger side low beam works but high beam does not -

That's where the fuses are. :-( -

i checked them all under there and they are not blown is there a interior sub fuse box i know it usually located on the drivers side under the dash when i searched for on and could not find it -
