You have a short to ground in the circuit that is blowing the fuse. The turn signals, brake lights, and hazard lights are all on the same circuit - there may also be other things on that circuit. You will need a wiring diagram to confirm what exactly is on the problem circuit. You may need the help of a qualified technician who specializes in electrical repairs to try and isolate the fault that is blowing your fuses. I can become quite complicated to properly diagnose an electrical short circuit.

If your having to replace the same fuse over and over then you definitely have someting on one of those circuits that is shorting out, either a component(lamp or switch for example)or a wire. You need to get this to a shop and have this checked out. Good Luck to you.
