fuel system on 2002 Volvo S40

My daughter has replaced the fuel pump and filter. The car now starts, but immediately dies. What else could it be?

Really need to pull the codes, sounds like the Electronic Throttle Module is suspect. Any ETC or EPC light ever come on, or a check engine light?

It could also be an immobilizer fault, part of the anti theft system. If you have a different key you could try that. I would agree you are going to need to pull codes. Chris Mays Bertinis German Motors of Roseville 916-782-4151
