fuel pump problems on 1999 Cadillac DeVille

i do not get any power to the fuel pump all fuses and relays are good and i also get a service anti theft carm may not start what do i do to fix this

It is not uncommon for the wires to break at the ignition lock cylinder. This will cause the theft system to misread the key. If this is the case the ignition lock cylinder must be replaced. The wires from the lock cylinder snake down the steering cloumn to a connector at the base of the steering column.

i have the same promblem. i already changed out the ignition lock cylinder but still wont start i am not getting any fuel pressure. when key is turned there is no humm from the fuel pump. i have a 98 cadillac deville

the car quit had to replace the whole fuel pump. since then the service engine light is on. i had it checked and it revealed that the camshaft position was defective and a evaporator emission leak....
