1999 Cadillac DeVille Question: fuel pump problems

It is not uncommon for the wires to break at the ignition lock cylinder. This will cause the theft system to misread the key. If this is the case the ignition lock cylinder must be replaced. The wires from the lock cylinder snake down the steering cloumn to a connector at the base of the steering column.
