Question: fuel pump power

Question

I just drove 200 miles in my civic to the inlaws house. then decided we needed dinner went out to start it and it will not start. I have narrowed my problem down to the car is not getting any fuel. Having changed the fuel pump and both relays for the pump. Still no power to the pump, also checked all fuses no problems there, What else could this be?

there is a main relay under the dash on the left kick panel that may need to be checked. it is powered by the ignition switch.
