Fuel Pump on 2001 Mercedes-Benz C240

I am having the fuel pump replaced. I was told that there are two parts that need to be replaced (passenger side & driver side). Does the estimate metioned here include both parts being replaced?

The Mercedes C240 has 2 parts to the fuel pump. They are both beneath the passengers back seat on the left is one the other on the right. When the rear seat is removed you can see the covers. The right side covers the pump assembly and the left side covers an electronic assembly sending unit which communicates with the pump. They should always be changed at the same time since they work together and changing one may not repair the problem and leave you stranded. The fuel filter is also commonly changed at the same time.
