I had to buy a new fuel pump and I put it on, it worked fine. 2 days later the truck wouldn't start. I could hear the fuel pump clicking on, but I don't think it was pumping gas?

had the fuel pump previously actually failed? I supposed disconnect the fuel line where it enters the fuel rail on the engine get someone to crank over the engine and see if fuel flows out it should push fuel three inches out of the fuel line cranking. There is a green relay in the left rear looking into the engine compartment that is the fuel pump relay and a 10 Amp fuse in the fuse box fourth fuse in between a 20A and 15A fuse. An engine needs three things to run, fuel spark and mechanical integrity. You'll need to narrow down which you are missing.

Did you install a new strainer when you changed the fuel pump because small particles can jam the tight clearances of the pump, Most fuel pump manufacturers require a new strainer be purchased and installed or the warranty will be void.
