my vehicle turns but won't turn over. its turning very strong, lights working fine so i ruled out the battery. the week before i ran the vehicle on e for most of the week. on monday the next week it drove to work but would not start when i tried to leave work.. is it possible fuel pump can be clogged up and not disabled? if so how can i un-clog so vehicle will start

Could be a intermittent fuel pump problem but I doubt it, Usually once a pump fails they don't come back Start here http://www.napaonline.com/ with the fuel filter Napa # 3325 $25 or the fuel shut off relay Napa # ECH AR635 about $30 any auto parts store can interchange these numbers, Hope this helps
