fuel problems on 1990 Ford Mustang LX

I've checked my fuel pump, relay seem ok, feel it clicking, and the switch in the trunk is working but no power is going to the fuel pump thru the ignition. any ideas where to look next?

check the inertia switch at the left rear corner of the vehicle behind the trim panel.

were is the fuel pump relay located
no power, new coil pack, new fuel filter, tightened adj. on timing belt, no change , put in 4 new plugs and wires on driver side, now will not start.
Was driving Mustang when it left me sitting. We were pulling out of parking space it died so we hauled it home on Rollback. After numerous new parts still no power to fuel pump.
