From the repair manual: "The pressure regulator is mounted on the fuel rail and serviced separately. If the pressure is too low, poor performance could result. If the pressure is too high, excessive odor and a Code 45 may result" Picture: http://bit.ly/583QIf

the fuel pressure regulator will be located on one end of the fuel rail,that supplys fuel to the injectors.It has a round body with a vacumn hose atached to the diaphram within the round housing.
