2007 Mercury Mountaineer Question: fuel induction service interval
Answer #1joelburke26 from Joels Auto Service, December 18, 2010, 18:07Master
every 45,000 miles it should be checked and chances are it will still operate perfectly even at 90,000.

There is absolutely no service interval for a fuel induction service. It is entirely an elective service that is not at all required for your Mountaineer and at best provides a modest performance improvement.

An induction service will provide a better throttle response and better fuel mileage. I do mine every 20,000 miles on my Ford with BG.
