FUEL GUAGE DOES NOT ALWAYS WORK. I AM TOLD IT IS THE SENDING UNIT IN THE GAS TANK. I HAVE BEEN QUOTED APPROXIMATELY $500.00 FOR REPAIR. IS THIS A GOOD PRICE?

    The price od $500 to replace the fuel pump/gas sending unit is very good.

    is the 500 for both fuel pump and gauge if it is good price because you can just replace the gauge unit

    I need the VIN # to verify if sending unit is available as a separate part. If it is then you are looking for around $490.00 for parts, labor and taxes. If it's not then you are looking close to $700.00
