Diesel Fuel Filter
The Diesel fuel filter removes contaminants from the fuel before it reaches the fuel injection pump and fuel injectors.

- Since Diesel fuel attracts water naturally, a diesel fuel filter can be equipped with a water separator and drain so that any water that might build up in the fuel system (between fuel filter replacement intervals) can be removed
- We recommend using high-quality fuel filters to keep contaminants out of the fuel system
- Infrequent fuel filter changes can lead to potentially expensive problems with the fuel pump and/or injectors
- When replacing a fuel filter, the shop should also replace any associated washers or seals to prevent leaks in the fuel system
