Fuel Filter on 2002 Buick Park Avenue

Where is the fuel filter located? Can it be changed easily? Thanks you!

its by the rear drivers tire need a 5/8 line wrench a 3/4 to hold the filter and a 1/2 socket to remove metal holding strap. press both ends of plastic tabs to remove plastic clip
