the fuel filter is on the fire wall on the drivers side , to disconnect the lines from the fuel filter you must get the slide locks freed up or if they are good just pull up on both sides of the lock ,and slip the fule and return line off , if the clamp is bad holding it ,, replace it with a big hose clamp
